Call (212) 674-7070The original shop began as a pool emporium and Caffè where Antonio served baked goods to customers. Demand for his pastries and cakes grew quickly, eventually earning recognition in Rome, Bologna, and at the New York World's Fair.
Today, the pastry shop still celebrates many original details, including hand-stamped metal ceilings, etched glass doors, polished wood mirrors, and marble floors. The cases remain filled with regional Italian confections, handmade butter cookies, biscotti, cheesecakes, specialty cakes, and classic pastries.
